Verifying your banking information is easy and can be completed in just a few short steps. 

1. First choose your bank from the dropdown list, by clicking on the dropdown or starting to type in your bank.
2. Next, enter the required information such as card number and password. Some credit unions require a bit more information, like your branch number. Choose it if you need to.
3. You may be asked to answer an MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) or 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) question. Answer the question and we'll validate the answer in real time.
4. The banking information will be validated in real time

If you encounter any problems singing in, double check your card number and passwords. Many phones and keyboards these days add extra spaces or capitalize letters. If the wrong credentials are entered more than 3 times the session will be locked out for 24 hours.
